Every chemical in your shop is supposed to have a current safety data sheet on file. You send me phone photos of your products, and my system identifies each one and pulls its current SDS. What you get back is a single PDF: the sheet for every product, the link to the manufacturer's source document, and the SDS documentation OSHA and MIOSHA require you to keep on file.

You photograph your products. Walk your own shelf with your phone and take one photo per product, with the label roughly facing the camera. Send them over by text or email.

My system identifies each product and retrieves its current safety data sheet from the manufacturer's source. Works for products you buy online and products you keep on hand.

I'm Ralph Luketic. HS Safety Sheets is a service of Redacted AI Solutions, LLC, based at the MSU Technology Innovation Center in East Lansing. Chasing paperwork from chemical manufacturers is tedious, which is why it doesn't get done in most small shops. That's the part I built a system to handle. I work Michigan shops first, and I work to MIOSHA.

Questions before you start
How does the first free scan work?
Send me your company name and business email, then upload one clear photo of a product label as a JPG, PNG, or WebP. I pull the identifying details off the label, search for the sheet, and stop anything I'm not sure about so I can check it myself. Your first single-product result is free, a $5 value.
Do I need an account?
No. The first scan doesn't need one. Make an account if you'd rather keep your scans, orders, and facility records together in one place.
What can I upload for a paid Gap Check?
Spreadsheets in CSV or XLSX, safety data sheets as PDFs, and product photos in JPG or PNG. I check file sizes and formats during intake.
What happens after the $299 SDS Ready setup?
When you enroll, you authorize the $299 setup fee plus your first $39 month, so the first charge is $338. From there I walk you through onboarding, send you the reviewed findings, and tell you what to fix first. New products, record updates, and monitoring renew at $39/month until you cancel under the Terms.
Can you help beyond SDS Ready?
Yes. SDS Ready Plus handles bigger inventories that change more often. HazCom Managed is the one where I take on the wider job: cleaning up the inventory, running down missing sheets, helping write the facility's written program, setting up workplace labeling and employee training records, sorting out employee SDS access, and handing the finished system over to you.
Does Michigan use OSHA or MIOSHA?
Michigan runs MIOSHA, an OSHA-approved State Plan that covers most private-sector workplaces along with state and local government employers. Federal OSHA still has authority over certain exceptions. I confirm which one applies to you during intake rather than assuming every shop is covered the same way.
Can you help businesses outside Michigan?
Yes, once we scope it. Indiana runs a broad State Plan. Illinois splits authority between public and private employers. Most private-sector workplaces in Ohio and Wisconsin fall under federal OSHA. I check which one applies before I quote you a package.
Does the Full Compliance Package guarantee an OSHA inspection result?
No provider can responsibly guarantee a regulator’s decision. HS Safety Sheets helps build and document the components of a working HazCom system; the employer remains responsible for implementation, accurate facility information, employee practices, and ongoing maintenance.
Which features are coming soon?
The free single-product scan, paid photo and video onboarding, your private project view, and the managed service I review by hand all work today. QR facility binders, automatic freshness monitoring, and supplier-request tracking are still being built.
What if you are not sure about a match?
The record stops and waits for me to look at it. I don't quietly accept a sheet that conflicts with the label or that I'm not confident about.
What happens when an SDS is missing?
The report shows you the gap and what I'd do about it next. If you want me to chase the supplier or clean up the inventory, I quote that separately.
How are my files handled?
Your uploads are stored privately, tied to your order, and kept only for the service and retention period described on the Privacy page. Please read that page before you buy.
