What “full compliance support” means
HS Safety Sheets helps create and implement the components of a complete HazCom system based on the information and facility access available. Michigan engagements are MIOSHA-focused. Work outside Michigan is separately scoped to the applicable federal OSHA or State Plan authority. The employer remains responsible for using the system, training employees, maintaining accurate workplace conditions, and making final compliance decisions. HS Safety Sheets does not claim MIOSHA or OSHA affiliation or guarantee a regulator’s inspection outcome.
