One company and business email may claim one complimentary single-product photo scan, described as a $5 value. The sample is subject to image quality, source availability, match confidence, and reasonable-use controls. It is not a facility assessment. HS Safety Sheets may pause automated results for human verification and may decline unsafe, abusive, duplicate, or out-of-scope submissions.
Paid package scope
SDS Ready is $299 setup plus $39 monthly for one facility and up to 25 active chemical products. SDS Ready Plus is $699 setup plus $79 monthly for one facility and up to 75 products. HazCom Managed is $1,499 setup plus $149 monthly for one facility and up to 150 products. Each includes the deliverables and continuing-service limits shown on the Packages page at purchase. Extra facilities, products, on-site work, industrial-hygiene services, or work outside the stated scope require a separate written quote.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
The setup fee and first monthly service charge are due at enrollment. The monthly plan automatically renews on the same billing cycle until canceled. Customers may cancel future renewal by emailing billing@hssafetysheets.com from the purchasing email before the next renewal is processed. Cancellation stops future charges and does not undo completed setup or service work. Access to continuing maintenance ends at the close of the paid billing period.
Jurisdiction and service area
Michigan services are designed around applicable MIOSHA requirements, including Hazard Communication Parts 42, 92, and 430. Services outside Michigan are separately scoped for the applicable federal OSHA or State Plan authority, employer type, and location. HS Safety Sheets does not automatically determine final agency jurisdiction without verifying the establishment and engagement details.
Customer responsibilities
The customer must have authority to submit files, provide complete and accurate facility information, identify workplace hazards and processes, review deliverables, implement labels and procedures, train affected employees, provide immediate SDS access, and maintain the program as workplace conditions change.
No inspection-outcome guarantee
Redacted AI Solutions provides HS Safety Sheets documentation, implementation, and operational support. Neither Redacted AI Solutions nor HS Safety Sheets is a law firm, regulatory agency, industrial hygienist, or representative of MIOSHA, OSHA, or another State Plan. The service does not guarantee a regulator’s inspection decision or replace professional services that a particular facility may require.
Managed processing and software availability
Customers may upload photos, short facility videos, documents, and inventories through the guided onboarding. HS Safety Sheets may perform OCR, matching, organization, and verification manually, with software assistance, or through a combination of both. The customer experience does not promise fully automated processing. Automatic QR binders, autonomous freshness monitoring, and supplier-request automation remain under development unless expressly included in writing.
Automated findings
OCR, matching, and scraper results can contain errors. Low-confidence or conflicting results require confirmation. The customer must not rely on an uncertain product-to-SDS match in an emergency or as the sole basis for a safety decision.
Delivery
Free-scan timing depends on image quality, source availability, and human verification. SDS Ready targets an initial reviewed deliverable within two business days after complete, usable files are received. Larger packages receive a timeline after intake. Requests for clarification pause the delivery clock until the needed information is received.
Refunds and scope changes
A customer may request cancellation before fulfillment begins for a refund of charges not yet earned, less any nonrefundable payment-processing fees where permitted. Once review, research, organization, document preparation, or implementation work begins, setup charges are nonrefundable except where required by law or Redacted AI Solutions agrees otherwise. Monthly charges already earned are nonrefundable. If Redacted AI Solutions cannot provide the purchased service, it will refund the unearned portion. Work beyond package limits requires approval before added charges.
