Information collected
Redacted AI Solutions may collect contact details, company and facility information, chemical inventories, SDS documents, product photographs, facility or cabinet walkthrough videos, contact inquiries, scheduling preferences, order and payment status, service communications, and basic campaign attribution through HS Safety Sheets. The free scan requires a company name, business email, and one product-label photo.
How information is used
Information is used to create and fulfill scans and orders, review SDS documentation, communicate findings, prevent abuse, maintain service records, and improve the workflow. When consent is provided, Redacted AI Solutions may send occasional HS Safety Sheets service information with a promotional unsubscribe option. Payment card data is entered with the hosted payment provider and is not stored by HS Safety Sheets.
File handling
Uploaded files are stored privately and associated with the scan or order. Files are not intended for public access. Customers should not upload employee medical records, Social Security numbers, payment-card data, trade-secret formulas, or unrelated personal information.
AI and automated processing
HS Safety Sheets may use OCR and automated matching to analyze product images and documents. Automated results may be reviewed by a person. Customer data will not be sent to an external model unless the production data policy and service configuration permit it.
Retention and deletion
Raw free-scan photos may be deleted 90 days after the result is delivered. Paid customer uploads are retained while the account is active and for up to 90 days after service ends unless the customer requests earlier deletion or longer retention is required for an active dispute, security investigation, or legal obligation. Order, consent, billing-status, and audit records may be retained for up to seven years. The one-free-claim fingerprint may be retained to prevent repeated claims. Requests for access, export, or deletion may be sent to privacy@hssafetysheets.com.
Service providers
Redacted AI Solutions may use hosting, private file storage, OCR or document processing, payment, email, appointment scheduling, security, and monitoring providers to operate HS Safety Sheets. Those providers process information only as needed to deliver their services.
